DAILY WEBSITE GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, donation, membership payment, or any other form of consideration will not increase the chances of winning.

1. SPONSOR
   The Daily Website Giveaway is sponsored by The Auxiliary of the Florida Rural Letter Carriers' Association ("Auxiliary").

2. ELIGIBILITY
   The giveaway is open to all individuals attending the 2026 Florida State Convention. Auxiliary officers, board members, and their immediate household family members may participate.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
   Each daily giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date identified with the giveaway posting.

4. HOW TO ENTER
   Participants may enter by submitting the requested answer or information through the designated entry form on the Auxiliary website.

Limit one (1) entry per person per daily giveaway unless otherwise stated.

1. WINNER SELECTION
   One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Correct answers may be required if the daily giveaway includes a question.

2. PRIZES
   Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless specifically stated.

3. WINNER NOTIFICATION
   Winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

4. ODDS OF WINNING
   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. PUBLICITY
   By accepting a prize, winners agree that their first name, last initial, city, and photograph (if voluntarily provided) may be used by the Auxiliary for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   The Auxiliary reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, or violates these rules.

The Auxiliary reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control interfere with the proper administration of the giveaway.

1. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Auxiliary of the Florida Rural Letter Carriers' Association, its officers, board members, volunteers, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
   Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and all decisions of the Auxiliary, which shall be final.
